Sheraton Hanoi Hotel

Good location, good price, great staff

The toilet does not have a hose or bidet. Even a 1-star hotel in Vietnam has a hose. Why doesn’t the Sheraton? Also there was only one bathrobe. It’s a room for two people, there should be 2 bathrobes.

The location is nearby the big lake, very refreshing. Breakfast and buffet options are very nice. Food is fresh. Staffs are mindful and polite.

I had issue with the accounting team missing the VAT invoice, discussed via email back and forth very time wasting. But eventually it was solved.

It’s good location.Facility, staff and restaurant are great.

We hope that there are more outlet for digital devaices.

Don't do the breakfast if you like your bacon and sausage etc hot. Its not but coffee was good. The location is a pain to get to if there is a traffic issue

Everything is perfect at the Sheraton, from the check-in experience, the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the beds, the peace and quiet, the view from the window and the friendly, helpful staff.

The only criticism that I could make is that there are two ways into the hotel by car -- if the lower entrance is closed for some reason, it's a bit tedious getting through the narrow streets to the upper entrance.

Worst experience ever from the 5 star hotel. Avoid!

Staff no trained to 5 star standards. Charged me twice because of their system problem. House keeping wakes you up at 7:30am or never come. Just astonishing!

Reasonable value for a brand hotel. The hotel staff were delightfully courteous and unbelievably helpful considering the level of English not their lingua franca.

The only missing factor was no bar to chill. Had to walk down the street for choice.

Exceptional property. Loved it. Large sized rooms, great facilities, very clean and great upkeep. Very helpful staff.

The facilities in the hotel were good, the staff was friendly and well-mannered. The view from the room was excellent. Excellent hotel that I would recommend for family and friends.

Fewer restaurant options in the hotel. Too much seafood gets a bit overwhelming. The concierge staff needs to be a little more knowledgeable about tourist sites.

The location is ideal and the breakfast was great and always arrived on time. The staff were super friendly and helpful too - they made our stay so enjoyable! We had a great time here and would love to stay again.

The hotel is in a very good location. It has a very nice view of the lake. And in my room it has a view of a distant skyline which is very good to look at at night time. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. They even surprised me with a birthday cake that they sent to my room. Over all it was a very good stay.

Nothing really. I think given the Covid-19 situation it is understandable why they only one restaurant is open and why the swimming pool is closed.

Well I am Marriot bonvoy member so usually prefer to stay in Marriot or Sheraton hotels. Excellent hotel and have maintained their reputation perfectly. The rooms were clean, big as well as location was superb. Overall services were exceptional.

They could have been much better with the payment terms with customers. Flexibility in payment is something comforts the customers. Please do work on that. If you be too rigid then it hurts customers.

Even if there’s anything I like about the hotel, it’s not enough to compensate for the baffling experience below.

Perhaps the hotel would like to consider switching to another business, like hosting weddings? Why call yourself a hotel when you prioritise one time wedding guests over in-house guests? :) It was raining dog and cat and I had to park my car so far away and walked back on my own, as all nearby parking spaces were reserved for the wedding guests. How absolutely wonderful. I would never imagine anything like this to happen at a upscale hotel. Totally baffling. And any attempt to cool me off with a discount or extra this and that is NOT the way to go. The only thing you should do is to ask yourself again what your core business is, and serve accordingly. Unbelievable.
